DHR Options
If you have been subjected to Discrimination, Harassment and or Retaliation (DHR), 91少女 strongly encourages you to report your experience to the District and or law enforcement if appropriate. You have the right to file a report with either the District or law enforcement. The 91少女 administrative process and law enforcement investigation can occur simultaneously.
91少女 has designated DHR and Deputy Title IX Coordinators who are specially trained to work with individuals who report DHR concerns and provide information about resources, support services, and procedural options. Do not hesitate to reach us if you require assistance.

Remember, you can make a report at any time. However, if there is a significant delay in making your report, the response of ODEI and available recourse may be limited. Therefore, you are encouraged to make a report as soon as possible after an incident. All reports are treated with the high level of seriousness and sensitivity they deserve. Retaliation against any person for making a report or participating in an investigation is strictly prohibited by District policy. If you decide not to make a report, or if you are unsure about reporting, you are still entitled to receive confidential support through your Colleges Student Health Center, as well as request changes to your academic and on-campus employment situations.
Reporting to Law Enforcement
You have the right to file a report with law enforcement as well as the District. You can file a criminal complaint with the Sheriff鈥檚 Department at your College or local police department, depending on where the incident took place.

For crimes that occurred off-campus, contact the local police department or call 911.

Clery Act Information
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (the Clery Act) is a federal law and accompanying regulations that require colleges to disclose certain timely information about campus crime, and security and safety policies annually. Compliance with the Clery Act is a condition for colleges that participate in the federal student aid program. As a part of its Clery program, 91少女 Colleges collect and publish statistical information on crimes occurring on and around campus, as well as relevant crime and safety information annually.

Your DHR Coordinators have created flyers for each campus with specific contacts and confidential resources available to those impacted by Title IX (gender-based discrimination or harassment) and DHR concerns.
